How We Work

We search for top executive talent in following steps:

1 Long list. We work with the client to specify the position criteria and map all potential candidates for the position.

2. Short list. We search for leaders who fit the client requirements and who are willing to undertake a career transition.  We select top 3-5 leaders and present them to the client.

3. Offer and employment. We facilitate the selection of the final candidtate and the agreement on employment conditions.

4. The first 6 months on the job.  We ensure a smooth transition of the candidate into the new job.
